Meet the family/couple or person close to expatriate. We will send different quantitative and qualitative questionnaires, as a kick off from work. We will prepare a comparative report on the different costs of living, between your current residence and your destination city: prices of first and second necessities, leisure activities, entertainment, quality of life, and more.

Through a series of interviews by Skype and/or face-to-face, we will get to know the expatriate family: members, needs, tastes, preferences and customs, in order to prepare for their arrival in the country of destination. The number of interviews will depend on the availability of expatriates.

A posteriori we will send via the web, various proposals for properties and school options, within the budget and requirements of each family and the company. With the selected proposals we will advance in a plan of visits, and in the elaboration of the agenda.

Relocare will receive the family and show them the chosen areas to visit. We will provide you with all the necessary information to begin to know the place where you will live for the next few years. During the number of days required by the company, a scheduled circuit (agenda) will be set up, according to the needs of each family.

HOUSING

During a series of initial calls, we will show you the different areas of the city, different neighborhoods and options for houses and/or apartments. The visit to the properties, already shortlisted, will be coordinated among all those presented via the web, during the initial calls. Includes advice and signing of the rental contract. We recommend two days of property visits for this service. In this way, they will be able to choose their new house/neighborhood, with the peace of mind of knowing that they have all the necessary information to do so.

SCHOOLING

Analysis of vacancies in several schools of the selected profile, bilingual, religious/secular, inclusive, with international exams, etc. Comparison of educational institutions, with the school that each of their children currently attends. A day of visits to 3 selected schools will be coordinated.

Evaluation of all the necessary documentation in the country of origin, we or the expatriate can request it. Apostilled and legalized all documents and request for criminal records. Checking and validation of all documentation, before leaving the country and arriving at destination. MIGRATION IN DESTINATION FOR HOLDER, Mrs. and dependents. Advisory service on the best visa option, for each case. Coordination of shifts, agenda, accompaniment and follow-up of the Visa/residence requested.
